Stormont. Jan 2020. As part of our trip to Belfast we visited Stormont and undertook one of the Parliament Buildings tours. Our tour guide was excellent with a deep knowledge of the history and goings on of NI and its leaders. The building is architecturally beautiful having been designed by a firm of Liverpool architects.

In 1995, to mark the 50th anniversary of the end of World War II, bronze casts of the sculpture were placed in Stormont Estate, Coventry Cathedral and Hiroshima Peace Park in Japan.
