Our tour guide was excellent with a deep knowledge of the history and goings on of NI and its leaders. The building is architecturally beautiful having been designed by a firm of Liverpool architects.

It was unveiled for the second time, under the new name, on de Vasconcellos 90th birthday - 26 October 1994.
